In more and more companies, cultural, ethnic and geographical diversity is growing - both in employee teams and at management levels. Start-ups with a strongly internationalised work culture are among the drivers of change and are also changing the standards for other companies. At one of our clients, for example, there are 160 employees and 40 nations represented on site at the same time. And that is no longer a special case.

This development can be a great benefit for all - if integration is understood on both sides, managed competently and accompanied attentively. This requires that your teams and leaders change their perspectives and acquire new competencies. In our training your teams and leaders learn,

  • How different values, motivations, biographies, cultures and milieus work together,
  • How, with full respect for intercultural diversity, efficient collective rules of the game can be created and common goals safely achieved,

Parallel to the core training, personal strengths and experiences among the participants are included, limits and optimisation potentials become visible. The participants' inner motivation to perceive and live their working environment interculturally is strengthened. As a side effect, conflict potentials are defused and the resilience of your organisation is improved.

Target group

The training programme is aimed at companies that are themselves facing an internationalisation of their processes and structures or are confronted with growing intercultural diversity at their domestic locations. Ideally, the programme is undergone proactively, especially when it comes to building your future leaders for the future.

Typical Integration

Our training "Intercultural Teams" is part of our leadership programme and is an add-on in a series with offers such as "Integrative and Agile Leadership", "Situational Leadership as a Coach" or "Moderative Leadership as a 4D Method". In a variation for sales teams, it can also accompany sales-oriented training (for example, "Holistic Sales Empowerment" or "Integrative Teamselling").

Methodology

The programme is structured as a practice-focused training workshop. The core is our Rehearsal-Method, which ensures the greatest practical relevance and immediate feedback. All individual coaching sessions are based on the Avina-core-values-principle and are linked to the Avina-heart point-strategy.
