Our follow-up training "Situational Leadership as a Coach" already focuses on building personal competencies for the leadership level of the future. With this programme, we go a decisive step further: in the sense of the 4D claim of goal, path, team and innovation, we enable your leaders to extend their leadership strength and culture to strategic development tasks. In doing so, we focus on the following:

  • mastering the role as a goal-oriented and moderative competence leader
  • the active shaping of the future in the performance process
  • the optimal development and use of the team's mental resources
  • value systems and Avina heart strategy as leadership tools
  • the systematic dynamisation of the team culture:
    • from the person affected to the person involved
    • personal responsibility as an individual motor

Parallel to the core training, we open up paths for your leaders to a new level of personal development. The aim is to initiate the further change from accepted leader to intensive promoter to integrative acting innovator and to equip the participants with the necessary competences.

Target Group

Our programme is aimed at different groups of participants. Experienced leaders, for example, benefit from new personal perspectives and competencies and are empowered to take a new leadership approach. New team leaders, especially in lateral leadership structures, broaden their horizons to include important strategic areas. In competence-based leadership cultures without hierarchies or in the case of leaders without authority to issue directives, the content imparted creates a new awareness and a new quality in developing and acting. Especially in lateral leadership structures and in matrix organisations, the successes will quickly be visible in the team.

Typical Integration

As a self-contained programme, our training on moderative 4D leadership is particularly suitable for experienced, modern-oriented leaders. At least as interesting is the targeted combination with an upstream basic training (for example "Situational Leadership as a Coach" or "Integrative and Agile Leadership"). In such a combination training, the group of people can easily be extended to young, new leaders or training candidates with a greater need for development.

Methodology

The programme is structured as a practice-focused training workshop. The core is our Rehearsal-Method, which ensures the greatest practical relevance and immediate feedback. All individual coaching sessions are based on the Avina-core-values-principle and are linked to the Avina-heart point-strategy.
